About the Artist
I have been knitting, crocheting and quilting for the past 30 years with a new-found passion for felting. I find it so amazing what can be created with wool!
My husband and I have 4 wonderful children, 3 who are off challenging the world on their own. The youngest will graduate from high school spring of 2008.
My felted pottery has unique shapes, colors and textures. I hope you enjoy them!
On display at Valerie's Gallery are unique hand made fiber pottery in various styles and colors. Each item is hand made and by original design (without using patterns!), so each item is truly one of a kind.
Each item is made with 100% wool. Some of the fiber pottery you see here is embellished with beads and alternate yarn. You can easily insert a glass bowl or container so you can use them as vases for fresh flowers or potted plants.
Each one of these beautiful felted pottery treasures would make a wonderful gift, either alone or filled with a special something to personalize it. They are special enough to pass on to future generations.
